Whilst the tour that was individally tailored for us sounded great it all fell in a huge heap when we arrived at our first destination to find the whole trip was in disarray. We had thought that communication was not great and scarce beforehand but realised to what extent it was lacking once we arrived. No flights were booked and the representatives were reluctant to help and when they did their solution was outrageously expensive and unsuitable. Some of the itinerary needed to be altered as it would have been completley futile going with their plan, e.g. to fly to a location and arrive too late in the day to see the main attraction and then leave at 8.30 am the next morning before anything opened. What was the point of all that expense and frustration? I would not use Tucan again and I definitely would not recommend any of my friends or acquaintances use them.
