I received my new Tucann trunks and realized I should have paid more attention to the sizing chart. The quality of the product was definitely notable through the look and workmanship. I reached out to customer service and they took great care of me allowing me to do an exchange. I word of caution, read the return/exchange policy and make sure to save the original order number, packaging etc., to make this a seamless process.
