I'll give 2 stars for the swimmers which seem to be ok if not a bit loud in the design department. As for the customer service and delivery, they get zero. I would suggest they get their act together with these things. You don't lecture a customer making enquiries as to where their delivery is by reminding them of your dodgy 'terms and conditions', which of course favour tucann at every turn and not the customer. No apology and lots of running around from me with them and their courier to get a parcel in 7 business days. And if I hadn't spend 2 hours sending notes to tucann and their courier I still wouldn't have the goods. So many similar review issues about delivery and this business. I don't recommend due to their online only business model.
