This is the second time I have ordered from Tudor Blinds after my daughter-in-law recommended them to me. On both occasions I ordered via their web site using my own measurements for replacement slats and roller blinds. The order process was extremely easy and I had confirmation of my order immediately. I was kept up-to-date via emails with the process of my order right through to emails from the courier detailing the exact time of my delivery and even the name of the driver. Everything fitted perfectly when we fitted them and they all look beautiful. Exceptional customer service, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly over the phone when I needed to order a replacement weight that had got damaged and I received a new one in the post the next day.
