I recently bought 2 keylite blinds. When the first one arrived, it had 2 right legs, and of different length. While the second blind went up just fine, I spent about 10 days emailing and calling before the issue was finally resolved. When I finally received the replacement legs for the first blind I discovered the blind was slightly too wide, due to very poor workmanship. With the frustration of having to chase the legs fresh in the memory, I decided to spend time repairing it myself. Unfortunately I couldn't get the winding mechanism working properly so I have had to order a new blind to match the other. Its been 2 weeks and Im still waiting. In the meantime I have had to take the first blind down and reinstall as it managed to tangle itself.
I wont be buying here again.
