Your product was as stated on your website. I remember when I went onto your site it was difficult to get to the instruction page as to how we should measure the size of the blind we required. However once we had found the relevant page it wasn't easy to understand how we should measure and quote the exact width of the blind to fit into a recessed window area. Perhaps you should ask members of the local public what they understand your instructions to mean. Never the less your product arrived on the delivery date suggested in very good condition and fitted perfectly to your instructions as to how to measure the width of blind required. The only sad thing was we had requested a LH winding cord to mimic our old blind but received a RH winding cord - this wasn't a major problem just that we have to get used to going to the other side of the blind to operate it.
