Ordered perfect fit roller blinds for my French doors and they arrived and were beautiful however I discovered that I had measured the window incorrectly and they were too big. This was completely my fault and I contacted Tudor who told me not to worry I sent them back and Tudor sorted then to the correct size free of charge and never even charged me postage. They are on window now and fit perfect. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend them. I'm
