I previously ordered some replacement vertical blinds from Tudor and the service and quality was so good that I placed a further order for a replacement header rail. I gave them top marks last time but can't on this occasion as the rail was. slightly damaged on receipt although there was no damage to the outer packaging. They didn't seem to be over keen to resolve the problem but it was just before Christmas when they were very busy so I agreed to use the rail over Christmas and sort it out later. I waited for them to get back to me in the New Year but they didn't. By this time, I had decided that I could live with the rail so I contacted them and asked for a 25% discount which they immediately agreed to and credited my card account so all's well that ends well. I just wish they had been more pro-active in sorting the problem out. I will still order again from them though as the quality and price of their products is excellent and hope they will take note of this review to improve their customer service.
