First of all, the product is great. My daughter just started competitive gymnastics, and we got her the Addie beam for Christmas. It's very well-made, and she absolutely loves it. Secondly, the customer service was legit awesome. When the beam ran into shipping issues with FedEx, it wasn't me, but the team at Tuml Trak who spotted it right away. They called me and expedited a new beam just to make sure my daughter had it by Christmas. I don't often write reviews, but I was so impressed all around that I wanted to share this one.
