After talking with a representative about the product I received, I've been informed there are more than one manufacturer that ships this product. My experience is, the cbf had different foam backings. One has solid light foam and one has two layers of foam. They are both good quality but there is a difference. When you order, ASK if it is coming from the same manufacturer. Tumbl Trak has great products and great customer service. They will always try to make it right if you receive a product that has a flaw. I appreciated the call back and the compensation.
