From start to finish, Turtle Homes have been excellent. My only regret is that I didn't come across Turtle Homes sooner. For 7 months my home was on the market with a well known high street Estate Agent. I had one viewing in all that time and the customer service was shockingly poor for the £3000!! plus they were expecting from me on completion of sale. The difference when starting with Turtle Homes was immense. The customer service is excellent. Each person I had contact with at Turtle Homes, was kind, courteous , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had at least one viewing a week and was kept up to date every step of the way. When an offer was made and the sale was going through, if I had any queries they responded the same day. High Street Estate agents beware! Turtle homes are not only far superior in every way, but the low cost is an amazing price considering the outstanding service received. Thank you Turtle Homes!
