Opted for the £395 package that allowed unlimited listing as this seemed excellent value. As it turned out, we could have benefited from the ultra low £195 fee as a number of viewings were arranged in the first week and an offer was accepted within five days. Laura responded promptly to our emails (initially, there was an error in the listing and the Rightmove listing was standard not premium as advertised) and these issues were resolved very quickly. We initially felt that it was a bit of a gamble selling through an online estate agent, but the service was excellent throughout (including chasing our somewhat pedestrian solicitor) and we would not hesitate to use Turtle Homes again.
