Laura has been very helpful and a great go between as the seller was extremely nervous and eager for things to move incredibly quickly. She was always contactable, even at what seemed like out of office hours. Even though the office is based in Cheltenham and we are nowhere near that location, it didn't cause any issues. I would definitely consider using Turtle in the future.
