We had our house on the market last year with another estate agents and sold it but we had to pull out due to the seller of the house we were buying taking it off the market so we decided to put it on again this year so we decided this year to use an internet company instead and we decided to use turtle homes as they are a local company and weare so glad we did the service we received was fantastic we had Gareth and Laura dealing with the sale of our house ,they arranged all of the viewings for us and always contacted us with feed back after each viewing ,they were very helpfull and always answered our questions and helped us if we needed any information .The service we received was just as good as any high street estate ,I was expecting much less as we were paying so much less but not once did they disappoint us in any way we sold our house in less than a week and had 6 viewings and will be hopefully exchanging contracts soon,give this company a go you won't be dissapointed.
