They've essentially taken my money and not sent me my products.
I've emailed their service email sent on my confirmations email, 3 times, with no reply. I also put in an online enquiry form, no reply. there is no way to get a hold of anyone or sort, anything. it seems they have my money so have no intent on contacting me or doing anything to try and sort the issue out and send me my product. Disgusted with the service as this was directly through turtlewax.com.
A month later I still have no reply from them and no product.
