Having previously posted a review with 1 star for a non delivery of an order etc. I finally managed to speak with Ashley at their UK office. I have to say she was amazing and completely rectified the situation in a very professional way. So now I have no hesitation in a 5 star review, purley down to her efforts. Products are also good!
