The idea of free tutoring is very good, no issue with that. I have an issue with the communication - for example I was told to cover identity and culture for GCSE French but it wasn't clear how long this was to last for and not many materials were provided. Also when I received feedback from the teachers I was told to focus on vocab rather than grammar and then happened to ask students in the second to last session what quick last minute things they needed help with and they said the thing they wanted most help with was grammar so I was annoyed that I could not spend more time on that.
