As a tutor, I have found that the commission this site takes is extremely high, and as a self-employed person it doesn't seem fair that I lose a significant percentage of the amount that a student pays for my lesson. I appreciate the ethical value of what you do in terms of improving access to tutoring for people of lower income backgrounds but that should be balanced with making the site cost effective for tutors.
