Better support than you can get from any company anywhere…I had a 30 minute convo with a rep at 3 in the morning before I bought my first likes package, and he made me totally comfortable with the process and what I could expect. Try asking a lot of questions when you try to get a rep at the cable company or doctor’s office and see what happens if you can even reach a real person…Twicsy should give them all lessons. (The views were kickass, too.)
