We ordered an item on Aug 1st. On the 2nd I was given a tracking number that did not work and after a couple days I sent an e-mail to chase things up. Was told they are under new ownership and cannot provide any assistance! In the span of a few days! What is worse is that they are selling the same product I ordered right now! Totally disrespectful way to treat people.
