My first parcel did not arrive but I later found out that it had been delivered by mistake to my neighbour but within minutes of my complaint I was offered A refund or for it to be re-sent to my address and I took the option of it to be resent and I’m really happy with the product. And the customer service I received was 2nd to none and therefore I give them five stars.
