Amazing customer service! Royal Mail lost my first package (they are useless), I emailed their support and got a response within 5 minutes saying they have re shipped the items I bought! For no extra cost!
The site is responsive and easy to use, the products are top notch, and prices are really good!
Will be my go to site from now on.
