Today, when I received my package, I noticed that you didn't send me the Max and Ultra that I had requested. I had ordered 2 packs of each, and unfortunately, what I received is different from what is listed on your website. I paid extra to receive the specific Velo products I wanted, but the ones sent to me are the same as those available in the market at a lower price.
