Terrible after sales service.
Had issues with original window order being incorrect and incomplete but eventually got there. Then when returning miss shapen facia corners Clive was arrogant and unhelpful. This wasn't the first time Clive has had a poor attitude. This a shame because the other staff are helpful. Consequently the bulk of our order will not now be placed with them.
