I tried to cancel an order 5 minutes after I realised that I ordered the wrong thing after being assured twice by Zoeh and Taleta, who believe they did their customer service duty, that it will be cancelled. But I still received the product. Livid with the appalling service. Thank you to Bryson for doing your job, you understood the problem and went above and beyond to help me.
