My daughters were in line to enter the store. So they entered. I have realised that I have the card for payment and the lady that works at the gateway branch in Durban refused me entry. She was extremely unruly and is not professional at all. An Indian lady is an employee at Typo at the Gateway branch. I do not know her name but she has a red line on her forehead. She refused me entry to go see to my daughters and pay for whatever they want. She was rude to me and the people that were around witnessed that she is extremely rude to customers. She even went further to tell her co-workers not to serve my daughters. My daughters love typo but the service is beyond pathetic.
