Appalling customer service on Sunday 17th September at the Exeter branch.
The two girls on the till failed to apply a 10% student discounts when clearly shown valid id.
When challenged on this they concocted an implausible excuse and claimed that they couldn’t rectify the error! The shop is clearly being run by scam artists. Won’t ever be purchasing from that store again!!!!
