2 Typo assistants were very helpful recently, when I went in to look for a b-day gift for my 16-yr-old son. They came up with several great ideas...some of which I ended up purchasing. I felt they weren't just 'doing their job' by helping me, but were actually genuinely wanting to help me find something my son would like.
