Booked online for a tyre be fitted the next day (Mon) Received a voicemail from a miserable sounding bloke saying that a few technicians had called in sick so they can’t fit my tyre!
Judging by the other reviews they must have the most unhealthy staff working there, as they are constantly calling in sick 🙄
Rang up for a refund, can’t fault the lady on the phone as she was apologetic and very nice.
I just pray that my refund goes through smoothly!
