I was given a slot between 4pm and 8pm. I was sent a link to check progress of fitter. That link never worked. At 6.45pm fitter called me saying he cannot come. Next day no one texted, emailed, called.
I called, they put me in hold for 15 minutes. Rebooked a slot. Tired if chasing them.
