Paid for new tyre and valve as I have had a slow puncture and thought this would fix, explained this to engineers.
They failed to fit new valve, told me they had and also told me the alloy was damaged but shouldn't slow leak anymore.
It did, I bought new alloy and took to local HiQ to fix and they showed me the valve was clearly old and the cause of the issue!
They didn't replace valve, they lied about doing so and let us carry on driving around our children in an unsafe car!!
