I ordered online and picked a slot for 2/1/24 only to have this changed to 3/1/24 in the confirmation e-mail. I got e-mail saying it was an all day slot, followed by another email saying the fitter would be with me between 16:00-20:00. I got a missed call at 14:49 and l called back at 15:28 with no answer or call back. Turns out this was the fitter. No email or communication that I had actually missed the fitter until next morning. My car was actually at the house when the fitter arrived so there was no reason for this to even be a missed appointment.
I called the number provided and two operators put the phone down on me. I got through after 7 attempts. The operator told me the all day slot email was the only one valid and that the second one (16:00-18:00 slot) should not be considered. I am not sure why it was sent. I asked to speak to manager, was put on hold and told manager was not available to speak to me.
I asked for my complaint to be escalated and was told manager would call me within 24-48 hours.
I got rebooked for the 7th, putting me outside the 10 days for MOT retest. I gave 1 star because it was not possible to give 0 stars.
AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT USE THEM. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY 24 YEARS OF CAR OWNERSHIP.
