Tyres delivered and fitted, but afterwards I noticed the tyres supplied were not the ones I ordered? Halfords didn't contact me to check if I agreed to different tyres being supplied, but simply changed the order.
Now I'm stuck with them, - my old tyres have gone, I've got to use the car for work so Halfords will use that to say I've accepted the tyres, and when I complained, they offered £20 discount for the inconvenience.
How can a company breach consumer law and then basically say, your stuck with it, there's nothing we can do.
