TOOK AN AMBULANCE OFF THE ROAD!!
Booked a tyre to be fitted on an ambulance response car - got a text to call them the day of fitting… to be told we had a website error and they didn’t order the tyre from the supplier.
Asked if they could fit a different brand of tyre - only to get told “we don’t hold any tyres at our hub”
“If you want a refund it’s 3-5 working days”
“We don’t know what other tyres we have - you will have to go-online and look and try and rebook but it won’t be today!
Just dreadful service from a critical industry.
