They turn up at 6:30pm in the pitch black, within 5 minutes the operative tells me the lug nuts are too tight and will damage my wheels, for which I will have pay extra, to an outside agency to repair, if he proceeds. I then request a full refund because he cannot complete the contract and am informed that they will refund the cost of the tyres, but charge me a £40 call out charge for something that is not of my doing. BEWARE using this company
