my appointment was cancelled on the day it was supposed to happen. My car was 20 miles from my house in a car park and I got confirmation text with a time slot.
Then later a call to say the mechanic was sick
they booked me in for the next day but as my car was 20 miles from home i need to sort transport home, then transport back to work/my car for the day of the newly scheduled appointment.
The service on the day from the mechanic was fine but having been cancelled and told by Katie on the phone from head office that there was absolutely nobody i could speak to about covering my taxi expenses (and i emailed customer service and didn't get a response) i am out of pocket and uncompensated.
For this reason i would use another company in future and will never be recommended tyres on the drive, due to their bad customer service and timekeeping.
