To start off i was originally impressed, i made my booking but even though i selected and paid for 2 hour booking time, there was nowhere for me to select the time frame, that was done for me by Tyresonthedrive.. bit pointless offering something that i couldnt choose for myself, but hey ho they gave me a suitble time period. however shortly after i made the booking an important interview was booked for me at the same time, i called tyres on the drive was answered immediately and the operator made a new booking for me the following day, super so far... Then the date of my appt came and so did a confirmation email and text, but nothing else did, the mechaninc did not arrive in the alloted time frame so i tried to call and i tried to call and i tred to call.... 45 minutes later i was eventually answered, that operator could offer no reason so i cancelled the booking and reqesuted a refund. i am still waiting for that refund!
