Dreadful experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Booking and payment smooth. E-mail and text confirmation of time given before and on the day.
HOWEVER, NO-ONE SHOWED UP! I rang to ask about this and the operator said they would speak with the fitter and call me back - still waiting after an hour. Tried calling (on a different line) and could not get though. A complete and utter waste of time and I will be seeking a refund.
