Absolute terrible company backed by Halfords. Fitter will turn up and subjectively decide that the bolts are over tightened and cannot be removed. Or if he attempts to do it it may damage the locking wheel nut or worse still the whole wheel itself. Clearly scare mongering to get you to agree not to proceed so they can charge a £40 call out fee.
