Disgusted! Booked slot and took day off work. They called 20 mins after start of the allocated time slot to state that
they would not be attending. Now left with undrivable car and no way to get fixed before work on Monday. Given that they charge £40 for failed appointments they have not even an offered to compensate or discount. Its cost us money for day off and train fares due to having no car over weekend! Spoke to call centre who refused to offer solution over weekend. Terrible.
