This is the second time I have used them and second time I have had problems. 1st time I was kept waiting for 2 hours over the allocated time slot, I was not called or informed that the fitment was going to be delayed. Second time I was offer trailer tyres on the website for a car, even when you have put the vehicle reg in.
Then I had to call them back to find out what was happening. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!
