Had tyre fitted in April 20 the mechanic damaged the tyres pressure sensor unit. After numerous e-mails to Customer Service I was given the go ahead to get the sensor replaced at local Nissan dealers. I paid £180 and on 29th June 20 I submitted the invoice to Tyres on the Drive for reimbursement. Was told it would be in my bank account within 7-10 days! It is now 27th August 20 and I am still waiting despite 6 further emails to chase payment
