I was given a time slot of 1515hrs to 1615hrs. At 1645hrs I phoned and was told the fitter was on the job before mine, running 39mins late and would be coming to me next. At 1800hrs I phoned and was told he had two more jobs before coming to me! This meant he could end up coming late late evening or run out of time altogether. Customer service is really really bad when you are blatantly lied to and let down, took 15 mins on hold each time to speak to someone too. Literally the absolute worst service ever, never ever again!
