Very friendly staff and made my 2 children feel very welcome - even let my crying 2 year old have a sit in one of the cars as he was upset he couldn't come with me. My instructor was very patient and lovely with me as I was quite nervous (I don't know why!). The little burger van/tea shop is a good idea and I loved the free tea that they give you. The facilities are good and you can watch outside with as many people as you like. All in all very well organised and a very enjoyable experience that is professionally run.
