My original experience was meant to include a free photo but upon booking I was told this was unavailable. I was told I could have two hot laps instead. I queued for the hot lap and after waiting over 15 minutes I only got one lap. Not impressed. Also all the male instructors I had seemed unhappy to be there and barely advised or instructed at all. The female instructors, however, were enthusiastic, helpful and actually instructed me. I also found the track too small and the lack of manual cars a little annoying. Although there were negatives I see them as minor ways to improve and this did not effect my day. My overall experience was still excellent and I would definitely recommend it.
