Check in poor with no internet connection for payment. Had to wait 15 minutes in a queue of 3.
Poor facilities for a wet overcast day which our was. I see from a separate review that the facilities were excellent...........they must have been at a different location.
However, the induction was good and the drivers and cars were excellent. The drivers made you feel relaxed and were very encouraging.
