Finally received my book yesterday. I ordered it a little over a month ago and the confirmation email told me the book would be dispatched within 5 days. Weeks went by and when I tried to look up the tracking number, there'd be no info on printing or shipping. I sent two emails inquiring about my book, saying I understood if there was a delay but just wanted to make sure my order would be sent. No response. I began to get nervous after reading the reviews here and was about to call my bank to see about getting my money back. Finally, I received an email (not from the company but from USPS) saying my package was shipped. It was delivered within a few days. The book itself is very lovely and everything looks great. It appears like everything printed fine; however as this is a gift, I won't be reading through the entire book to make sure. The inscription and all the name changes are correct. At a decent price, I'm very happy with the book. Just based on the product itself, I'd recommend the company. It's a fantastic gift idea. I've ordered from them before, years ago, with no problems. However, due to the lack of communication and other reviews saying delivery is unpredictable, I probably won't be ordering from them again.
