Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company. They may be cheap, but they’re cheap for a reason, god help you if anything goes wrong and you have to speak to their customer service. Weeks go by before they email back, and when they do they point blank ignore any question you’ve asked. They’ll refuse to accept any liability for faulty equipment, and tell you that you have to speak to their supplier directly, even thought the product is less than 12 months old. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pay a few pounds more and purchase from a reputable company, not from this bunch of cowboys.
