I was promised a repaired or new pushchair within 4 days of returning a faulty I've that is Mrs than 4 weeks old. Told today that this won't happen and I have to wait 2 weeks for an update. Customer service tell me is that their concern whatsoever that the parents are without a pushchair. Asked to speak to manager. Rep refused to transfer me and told I have to wait 48 hours for a manager to call me back. Appalling service and bad attitude.
