living at a location where VHF / UHF signals come from every direction, but direct, a strong signal from outside to inside was not achievable, but a usable signal was, where I had none beforehand. Now, to be fair, I have not set up the system to where I could be optimized, especially the Indoor / Outdoor Antennas distances. I hope to work on that as time allows. However, I did run into a big problem with lower HF RFI tearing up the shortwave bands. I did send an e-mail to WeBoost, and that exchange went as follows:
"Carrier: AT&T
Description: Came across one big drawback on my WeBoost #470144 Booster, emissions of wide-banded HF Spurs from 1MHz to 10MHz. Fortunately, I have reduced these by up to 70% by grounding the chassis of the WeBoost unit itself and adding ferrite clamps to the power supply cables and both the INDOOR and OUTDOOR Antenna connectors. So, doable.
Hello Phil,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know. We will pass this information along to the appropriate department. "
So, hopefully, they will work upon that RFI glitch. The bottom line, the product does work.
